We accept payment by:
Credit / Debit Card over the telephone and Credit / Debit Card via PayPal through our web-store.
We accept ALL major Credit and Debit Cards registered in the UK. We do NOT accept American Express Bank Transfer:
We accept payment by Bank Transfer. Please check your invoice for details or call +44 (0) 1905 745267 for assistance.
Please ensure that your Company Name and order number / invoice number is clearly marked on the transfer.
Cheques: We only accept sterling cheques. Goods are not despatched until cheques are cleared. Returned cheques are charged at 35.00 GBP to cover bank administration costs. International Transfers: We accept Bank Transfers from overseas. Please call +44 (0) 1905 745267 for IBAN and SWIFT numbers which must be used when sending your payment. All payments must be in Sterling.
When transferring monies, please ensure that we receive the FULL amount requested in settlement of your order confirmation / invoice. Your order will not be shipped until the full amount is paid. You are responsible for additional bank charges applied by your bank. You should make this clear to your bank during the transfer. All goods remain the property of Fire Label Merchandising Ltd until paid for in full.
We do not offer credit accounts.
ORDERING
Please note that we supply WHOLESALE ONLY to designers, printers, retail shops and stores, web-stores, schools, colleges, universities, teams and organisations. All stock orders should be placed through the website. If you wish to purchase larger quantities than shown in our web-store please telephone +44 (0)1905 745267 for assistance where an experienced friendly sales advisor will take your call.
SAMPLES
We are unable to supply single sample garments. Our minimum order is only £25.00 inclusive of vat which enables you to buy a small selection of our products to check out before placing your stock order. We regret that orders under our minimum buy of £25.00 cannot be accepted.
STOCK ITEMS – DESPATCH AND CARRAIGE
In normal circumstances all orders received by 2:00pm will be despatched same day subject to availability
Orders will normally be shipped via DPD, we do not use Royal Mail.
CHARGES: Orders over £250+vat are shipped free of charge.Standard delivery to UK mainland is a flat rate of £7.95+vat, guaranteed next day. Before 10am delivery to UK mainland is a flat rate of £15.00+vat. Next day delivery to the Channel Islands is a flat rate of £15.00+vat. All sales are made on a trade basis. All prices are exclusive of vat which will be charged at the standard rate applicable. Children’s garments are vat zero rated except for some larger sizes which are standard rated.
GENERAL
All styles featured in this catalogue are subject to availability. Garment sizes are “to fit” in inches and are approximate, please ensure the garment is suitable for your needs before printing, embroidering or processing in any way. Fire Label Merchandising must be notified within 3 days of despatch of any shortage, damage or non delivery.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Fire Label Merchandising does not trade on a ‘sale or return’ basis.
We do accept returns subject to the following conditions being met:
1. Proof of purchase (relevant invoice and despatch note number required)
2. Returns authorisation note must be obtained prior to return of goods.
3. Minimum restocking charge is £25.00 or 15% of goods value (whichever is the greater).
4. All goods must be returned in good condition, original packaging and suitable for re-sale.
5. Printed, embroidered or processed goods will not be accepted back for returns under any circumstances.
6. Goods cannot be returned after 28 days from date of purchase.
7. Returns carriage charge is £15.00 or at your own expense.
8. In the event that our carrier arrives and the goods are unavailable to collect, a surcharge will become payable of £15.00 per failed collection
9. Fire Label Merchandising will only accept back returns to a maximum of 5% of a customers annual turnover with Fire Label Merchandising.
Mistakes do happen, if you receive incorrect or damaged goods then please contact us within 3 days so that we can rectify the problem.
Special Conditions
Fire Label Merchandising will not accept any responsibility for any variation in shade, material or composition shown within our website. Cancelled orders are only permitted with prior authorisation of Fire Label Merchandising Ltd. We have the right to refuse to accept a cancelled order for any reason and as such the customer is responsible for all cost and the items are deemed non-returnable for any reason.
