BUSINESS AS USUAL
In light of the Government announcement that the UK will enter a new lockdown from today, we wanted to let you know we are open for business as usual.
Many thanks to all of our Customers for their support during this time. We are currently offering the following delivery times:
DELIVERY TIMES FOR NEW ORDERS PLACED:
1-2 WORKING DAYS
As soon as your order is out for delivery you will receive tracking from DPD in the usual way.
We have made some important changes to improve the safety for our whole team and we will continue to offer a wide range of plain garments. Going forward we will no longer be offering customisation of any garments, including garment finishing and the manufacture of woven labels.
As always our main focus is to offer outstanding customer service, quality products and fast delivery.

Is your customer service team fully operational?
Our customer service team is fully operational and we aim to respond to all email enquiries within 30 minutes during usual Business hours.
Are your phone lines open?
Our phone lines are open and we are operating a call back service. Please call 01905 360425 and leave us a message with your name, number and query and we will call you back as fast as possible. Usually within half an hour during usual Business hours.
Will you be accepting orders for custom clothing?
Going forward we will no longer be offering any customisation of clothing. We will continue to offer online orders for plain garments.
What shipping options are available?
Due to the additional safety measures that have been put in place we will only be offering 1-3 days shipments at this current time. As soon as it is safe to get back to next day delivery we of course will.
How safe are your deliveries?
All deliveries will be made by DPD who have improved their contact free delivery process. You will not be asked to sign the handheld device and the DPD drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.
What about returns?
Our 28 day returns policy will be operating as usual.
Will I receive tracking details?
You will receive DPD tracking via email and text in the usual way.
