Screen Printing
As a major wholesale garment supplier we source our screen printing from high quality experienced contract printers to give our clients the best possible service, quality and prices.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a very affordable way of putting your personal design or logo onto garments. The higher the quantity printed the lower the unit price. Screen Printing puts one colour after another onto the garment using high quality automatic or manual machines. Each colour added requires an individual screen and film to ensure that your design is printed to the specification shown in your artwork. Our design team will help you to decide how many colours you need to make your design look stunning. But don’t forget that each screen and film costs extra.
Screen Printing gives a clear image that washes and wears well.
Are your garments good quality?
All of our garments are sourced from established manufacturers including Fruit of The Loom, Continental Clothing, Gildan, Stedman, and Jerzees who supply us high quality products at great prices. Please visit the Shop pages and e-catalogue where you can check out qualities, sizes and colours of garments on offer.
How long will it take to get my garments?
We normally deliver all orders within 7 to 10 working days from receipt of your confirmed order, payment and approved artwork, but we can sometimes meet urgent requirements. Rush jobs of 7 days or less can often be accommodated.
Can I see a mock up of how the finished garment will look?
Before we go ahead with your order we will send you a PDF of the design and a mock-up so that you can approve the size and positioning of the design.
How do I send you my artwork?
All artwork needs to be supplied in:
Illustrator CS 3 eps or ai format, at print size using pantone colour reference.
TIF or JPeg at full print size and at least 300dpi.
Photoshop CS 3 .psd or pdf layered files.
All artwork needs to be prepared to a minimum of 300 dpi
