Many thanks for the review and please accept our apoloiges that you were not happy with the service received.
As a wholesale supplier our deilveries are made on working days between Monday and Friday. Also, our order cut off time is 4pm. In this instance the order was placed at 20.45 on Wednesday 7th June. This would have been processed on Thursday 8th on a 2 working day service for delivery on Monday 12th when it was signed for. When an order is placed the website will state the delivery date but please accept our apologies if this was not made clear enough.
The order shows that the PR652 jacket studs were ordered via our website but if they are not what you require please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a return and refund for you.
