The Portwest Bizweld Flame Resistant Iona Coverall (PW450) offers excellent protection and comfort for demanding work environments. Manufactured by Portwest, this coverall is designed to meet stringent safety standards, making it an ideal choice for welding and allied industries.
This garment is fully certified to EN ISO 11612 (A1 + A2, B1, C1, E2, F1) for flame resistance and EN ISO 11611 Class 1 (A1 + A2) for welding protection. It also meets ASTM F1959/F1959M-12 with an ATPV rating of 11.2 CAL/CM2, ensuring reliable thermal performance. The flame-resistant finish is complemented by flame-resistant hi-vis tape on the shoulders, arms, and lower legs, enhancing visibility in low-light conditions. Additionally, the fabric provides UPF 40+ protection against harmful UV rays.
Designed with practicality in mind, the PW450 features a concealed stud front, a partially elasticated waistband for a secure fit, and stud-adjustable cuffs. Storage is ample, including two chest pockets with stud closures (the left featuring an inner media pocket), two side pockets, a dedicated ruler pocket, and knee pad pockets for added comfort during physical tasks. Two radio loops are also integrated for communication devices.
