The Portwest Bizweld Flame Resistant Jacket (PW453) is a high-performance protective workwear garment designed for hazardous industrial environments. Engineered to meet rigorous safety standards, this jacket conforms to EN ISO 11612 (A1 + A2, B1, C1, E2, F1) for flame resistance and EN ISO 11611 Class 1 (A1 + A2) for welding and allied processes. It also features an ASTM F1959/F1959M-12 rating with an ATPV of 11.2 CAL/CM², offering reliable protection against electric arc flashes.
Crafted with a specialist flame-resistant finish, the jacket provides excellent durability and protection. It features a secure stud closure front, stud-adjustable cuffs for a secure fit, and a UPF 50+ rating to block harmful UV rays. Practical storage options include two chest pockets with flaps, a concealed media pocket, and a dedicated radio loop for communication devices. Subtle branding is located on the left sleeve. This jacket is designed to co-ordinate seamlessly with the PW455 Bizweld Work Trousers for a complete, compliant safety uniform.
