The Portwest Bizweld Flame Resistant Trousers (PW455) offer exceptional protection and comfort for demanding work environments. Engineered for hazardous conditions, these trousers are fully certified to multiple international safety standards, ensuring reliable defence against heat, flame, and electrical hazards.
These trousers conform to EN ISO 11612 (A1 + A2, B1, C1, E1, F1) for flame resistance and EN ISO 11611 Class 1 (A1 + A2) for welding and allied processes. They also meet NFPA 70E and ASTM F1959/F1959M-12 standards, offering an ATPV rating of 11.2 CAL/CM2 for protection against electric arc flashes. Additionally, the fabric provides UPF 50+ protection, blocking 98% of harmful UV rays.
Designed for everyday wear, they feature a part-elasticated waistband with belt loops for a secure fit, alongside a zip fly with a hook and bar closure.
