The Portwest Endurance Visor Hard Hat (PW040) is a high-performance safety helmet designed to provide reliable head and eye protection in demanding work environments. Engineered to meet rigorous safety standards, this hard hat conforms to EN397 LD 440v, EN397 MM LD 440VAC, and EN50365 class: 0, making it suitable for electrical installations and environments with lateral deformation risks.

A key feature of the PW040 is its integrated, retractable clear visor. Certified to EN166 1B9 AS, AF, and 1FT, the visor features advanced anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings to ensure clear visibility and long-lasting durability under tough conditions.

For all-day comfort, the helmet is equipped with a six-point self-sizing wheel ratchet suspension system featuring 2cm wide nylon straps. This allows for quick and easy adjustment to fit head sizes from 56cm to 63cm. An absorbent crown and brow pad are also integrated to manage moisture and improve wearer comfort during extended shifts.
