The Xpres Ultra Cut® Turbo (X3000) is a professional-grade heat transfer vinyl (HTV) engineered for fast and efficient garment decoration. Delivering a smooth, high-quality matt finish, this film is perfect for customising a wide variety of apparel, from promotional t-shirts to durable workwear. It is highly versatile and suitable for multi-colour transfer layering, allowing you to create complex, multi-layered designs with ease (excluding metallic and fluorescent colours).
Fabric Compatibility
This heat transfer vinyl is designed to adhere securely to multiple fabric types, making it an excellent all-rounder for garment decorators. It is suitable for application onto:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Polyester/Cotton blends
- Uncoated Nylon
Washing and Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and durability of the transfer, please adhere to the following care guidelines:
- Wash up to 60°C for polyester and poly/cotton blends.
- Wash up to 40°C for cotton and uncoated nylon.
- Can be tumble dried for added convenience.
- Do not iron directly onto the transfer.
Roll Sizes and Ordering
The Xpres Ultra Cut® Turbo is supplied on 50cm wide rolls, offering an ideal width for standard cutting plotters. It is sold in convenient 1m and 5m roll lengths to suit both small-scale projects and high-volume production runs. Please note that this product is non-returnable.

Can you customise my T-Shirts using the Xpres Ultra Cut® Turbo film?
We do not customise the garments ourselves, but we work with trusted partners. However, if you are customising garments yourself, this high-quality matt finish film is perfect for creating multi-colour designs on T-Shirts and other apparel.

What are the washing and care instructions for garments decorated with this film?
Care instructions depend on the fabric: you can wash decorated polyester and poly/cotton garments up to 60°C, and cotton or uncoated nylon garments up to 40°C. Decorated items can be tumble dried, but you must not iron directly over the transfer.
Can I layer different colours of the Xpres Ultra Cut® Turbo?
Yes, this film is suitable for multi-colour transfer layering, allowing you to create complex designs. Please note that this layering capability excludes metallic and fluorescent colours.
