Outstanding Customer Service

We are all about customer service and want to make sure you get exactly what you need. Our highly trained Customer Service team are on hand to deal with day to day sales and delivery enquiries.

We run a call back system, so please leave us your name & number and we will call you straight back. We aim to call all customers back within 30 minutes of leaving a callback request (during office hours) because we know that your time is valuable.

Our Code of Ethics

Our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct is addressed to every member of the Fire Label team, regardless of role. Each team member must conduct their affairs with uncompromising honesty and integrity. The same high standards relate to both business and personal ethics and each team member is required to adhere to the highest possible standards at all times. Each team member must respect the rights of fellow employees and third parties, be honest and ethical when dealing with other team members, customers and suppliers, and treat everyone correctly each time and every time you have dealings with them.
